The admission process for BSW Programme for the academic year of 2013-14 begins with personal interview on 24th day of June,2013.The selection list based on merit will be declared on 25th day of June,2013 at 11 -00 a.m. 30% of the total 40 seats will be offered to female students whereas, the other categories will be offered seats as per reservation rules.
A renowned Training Institute in Maharashtra, namely,YASHADA, Pune, conducted a campus interview on 5th day of March,2013. Mr.Nandkishore Londhe, Dy. Project Director conducted the interviews for selecting Field Workers. In all 45 pass-out students attended interview. All of them qualified for training and job placement. Mr. R. M.Patil, Actg. Principal and Mr. Nilesh Gaikwad of the college made the campus interview a success.

The annual gathering was organized from 26th day of January,2013 to 28th day of the same month.The Arts. com. and science College and Mahatma Phule College of Social Work jointly organized the annual gathering packed with stunning performance and variety entertainment by the students. The annual Prize Distribution ceremony organized on 28th day of Jan.2013 was the main function graced by the presence of Dr Sanjay Aparanti, Superintendent of Police for the District of Nandurbar,an expert in Criminology along with veteran Gandhian thinker and freedom fighter Charanbhai Desai who felicitated students excelling in academic and cultural activities.The President of the College Trust and other members of the Governing Body and hundred of students attended the function.
The Special Winter Rural Camp was organized from 20th day of Dec.2012 to 26th day of Dec. 2012 at Pratappur Tal. Taloda Dist. Nandurbar.It was sponsored by North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. Beside Guest Lectures on the theme of Rural Development, the focus was on removal of blind faiths, Sanitation and social education. Dr. Sanjay Sharma,Senate Member of NMU,Jalgaon,Nisar Hazi Makrani,Suresh Indrajeet,Prof. A.N.Mali, Prof. usha Vasave etc. were present at the inaugural ceremony.Prof.Ashok Wagh, Prof. Gaikwad, Prof. Tayade Mr. Chaudhari and Prin. R.M.Patil were present at the closing ceremony.12 Girls and 38 students of B.S.W and M.S.W course participated in the Camp.Dr. Pankajkumar Nannavare,Director and Coordinator , Students’ Welfare, Dr. GautamkumarThorat,Regional Coordinator made a surprise visit to the Camp and expressed satisfaction for N.S.S. Programs and Activities.

On 10th day of October,2012, a workshop was organized for the students and PG graduates. Prof. Kamalakar Payas of Takshashila College, Amaravati, served as resource person. Under the guidance of Mr. Payas, it is learnt that more than 1500 candidates have cleared NET/SET, a qualifying examination for teachers posts at higher education level.The teachers from the sister College and the faculty of the social work College participated in the workshop.
A team from Rajmata Jijau Mother and Child Nutrition Mission, a State Government undertaking, visited the College and assured the staff through its Principal that the Mission will work hand in hand with the college to monitor the child health issues for 2-3 years.
